LUT Count RISC-V Processor For Free

Get up and running quickly on Xilinx FPGAs.

PRODUCT BRIEF

The MCU embedded processor soft core is a RISC-V controller optimized for minimum LUT count implementation in Xilinx® Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). It implements the RV32IM instruction set consisting of the base 32-bit RISC-V instructions (I), and hardware multiply/divide (M).

Bluespecs’s RISC-V MCU embedded processor is ideal for:

  • Configuration and control of mapped or unmapped custom modules, IO devices, sensors, actuators and accelerators
  • Software-programmable replacements for fixed-hardware Finite State Machines

This free evaluation allows you to get up and running with the MCU on a Xilinx FPGA and includes a downloadable package of the tools you need to get started developing your application code.
